If it is her boyfriend telling you this, encourage him to be honest with her so that she can make up her mind herself whether or not she wants to stay with him. I understand that this question was asked a long time ago and they may have broken up by now.
My partner left me 2 yrs ago for someone younger, skinnier and smarter. I feel permanently broken. When will the pain stop?
