Make sure she knows you are planning on using your whole hand. Get a bottle of lube and keep it by you at all time and use tons of it. Use one finger at first then go up to two. You can try using three but if it hurts her too much, slow down and go back to two. you might have to keep trying 3-4 fingers SLOWLY for about a week before you can even attempt your whole hand. Make sure you use tons of lube and go very slow unless she tells you she wants it faster or harder. PLEASE be careful and don't force her to do anything. Good luck
