Of course not. There are an infinite number of occurrences NOT happening, Vastly larger than the number of atoms in the universe. Consider, I could tell you... arbitrarily... that I'm not standing in front of you. I'm also not standing an inch to the right of being in front of you... a half an inch... a quarter of an inch. As the number line can become infinitessimally small, we see that this one mundane set of things not going on is infinitely large. Add to that the number of different shirts I'm not wearing, and that infinite set blows up even further. (If a bigger infinite set than an infinite one sounds funny, you should read the works of Charles Sanders Peirce... fascinating stuff.) This is based on the work of W. V.
