God isn't going to punish(by condemning to Hell) anyone for not being fruitful or multiplying. Some married couples are extremely devoted to God, but they don't want children. God created man to procreate, but he also gave them the option of choosing to(or not). There are women who CANNOT have children and for you to ask how they'll be punished(by God) because they aren't multiplying, is ridiculous. If God intended for all women to bear children, do you think he would have created women who couldn't? All that God asks of you, is to give everything to him. Nothing more. However, if you DECIDE to marry and have children, then you can, because he made that possible.
