Well, if a computer could take care of a two year old and a six year old, drive them around, feed them, bathe them, love and nurture then yes, I'd be worried. Right now I don't think it's a issue. lol

    I cook, therefore I am.

A computer could never do what I do.

Any fool who thinks they can has an open invitation to meet me in the kitchen.

I work with computers, but that is no guarantee of job security. Just ask the former employees of IBM mainframe, Digital Equipment, Wang, or Compaq.
As usual, any automation brings fear but ultimately creates more wealth for everyone and creates more jobs than it displaces.

My current job IS running a computer. If they could find a way to make it run itself, I'd make good use of the time off.

If that was going to happen, it would have happened long ago.

My last job was in Mental Health, assessing clients for with Major Mental Illness for detention under Mental health act,
Assessing those at home for help they might need. Counselling for PTSD.
Assessing the 'worried well' for services.
I also supervised a team of social workers.
Cant see how a computer would do that

I worked production at a handle factory for 35 years. Can't see how some computer could do that. An 18 year old high school grad, sure, that's who took over. But a computer, no.
