Less than 60 degrees F. I have access to cheap and free wood, which I burn in my fireplace. I don't usually turn on the heat until November...and use it only sparingly, then. I have my electric blanket and comforter. And it only takes a few minutes to heat up the kitchen in the morning. I am gone for the rest of the day, so my heating expense is pretty low in winter.

Last few years I have found I just cant stand the cold. I try to save on the heating bill by wearing lots of layers of clothes. The cold weather makes me hurt more. I dont have heat in my house except space heaters and I turn them off at night. Darn the cold weather!

I've never been able to stand the cold. And its never really warm in England anyway, except for a few odd days. This year, I've had the heating on all year, on and off.

In the 30's and 40's F, the heat goes on. :-)

Once it starts staying below 50 F outside and about 60 F inside. +5
