most of the time, trying to force these things don't end well.
but if you are sure that she wants more, then i would just be genuine. don't play games. be a gentleman, find out what she likes. don't go overboard though.
Don't push it or you will likely creep her out and lose a friend. You cannot force someone into having those types of feelings. Find out what her interests are and try to find things to do together around those interests. Don't go overboard on trying to do things with her, but use the times you are together to show her your good qualities. Keep things light, make her laugh, show an interest in her. She may develop feelings the more time you spend together. Let her know you are interested (in a casual way), but want keep her as a friend if she doesn't share those feelings. Good luck.
