I had this problem too, and I didn't see it getting better for me. you don't want thickened calloused skin forming back there do you?? For me, it turned out that I was too short to use exercise bikes. This caused me to slide forward on the seat while i strained to keep my feet in the pedal loops. In the end I just had to accept that I was too short for them though :p So, you could try lowering the seat on your bike next time. Or, try making sure you sit further back on the seat to the wider, cushionier part. or, maybe sit on your towel? hope it helps.

LMAO ...sorry I had to say that, but if that's a problem I'd say got to wal-mart and buy a cushion...

It will continue to hurt. If it's something you'd really like to do, I would consider purchasing a wider seat- wider seats disperse weight better and typically rids you of the pain associated with pressure points.

You'll probably get used to it. In the meantime fold up something soft, like an old sweater, and cushion the seat. Bicycle seats hit right on the butt bone -- ouch!
-
if you can cover the execise bile seat with small size of towel and might help for the time being till you get used to it.

U will get used to it, but start slowly and work your way up to more time. This way you wont get discouraged and stop.
