  • Anti-depressants? Seriously though...have you looked into possibly having depression?
  • Exercise, eat healthy, and learn to control your thoughts. Realize that negative thinking will attract negativity and make it seem harder to stay positive. Dwelling on negative things doesn't make the situation better at all. It only makes it seem bigger than it really is. Realize that you have the power to direct your thoughts elsewhere. No one else can solve it for you. Good luck. You deserve better, but you have to convince yourself that it is true.
