I can't ever stop thinking about some of my closest friends' deaths, and the circumstances in which they died, of course I don't think only of their death, unfortunately though its part of the package.

When an issue causes a high degree of anxiety, it stays present in our thoughts until we resolve it, or find a way to control the anxiety. It is perfectly normal. You need to focus in solutions, instead of the problem, situation or issue. As soon as your brain engages in a positive problem solving process, the anxiety levels will go down, and you'll be able to relax and think less about it. If the problem persists, talk with someone, friend or professional, about it. And, remember: every problem has more than one solution.
