Say things You believe, and think about why would You believe so and why otherwise until You stop feeling it's not true. When You have absolutely no doubt it's true to the point it's as true to Your subconscious mind as 2+2=4, You're done. Getting to know whether You sense something untrue in Your thoughts needs some practice. . Of course work with the things You actually know aren't bullshit. . Otherwise You risk getting the narcissistic personality disorder. . It's only to be used for things that You know are true, just Your subconsious mind doesn't want to accept it emotionally. Because for example Your parents or someone else told You it's not true and it got encoded so deep, that even when You knew it's not true, the subconscious mind is deeply programmed to believe otherwise.
