Must all school-aged children be accounted for in some way, i.e., registered with a district, and, if someone is aware of children who've never been schooled, what can that peron then do on the behalf of those children?

Contact your local district attorney generals office, for an investigation. all children must be either educated in public, private, or home school. This could be a case of child neglect. -
