I don't play the lottery. Lotteries nothing more than a tax on the poor and the mathematically challenged.
I rarely play the lottery and it's just for fun and the hope I just might get very lucky. I consider that $1 a donation to education/schools.
No, normally I need to make a purchase so that I can use the restroom.
I invest on lotteries hoping that my investment will return me profits
That seems to be the only way lately one could ever get some change to believe in, for the huge tax hikes are a coming!
Hope. It's an infinitely small chance I will win the Big One - but greater than zero... I don't play all that often though.
I do play, someone has to win and they have the same odds stacked against them as I. I know that some of my money is going to the arts and it is another way of giving, only this time I may get money back.
I don't think too much about it, I just buy a ticket and every so often I check the numbers.
If people did not think they could win. We would not play.
