I think it all had to do with the people she chose to surround herself with. Water seeks its own level and if you lay down with dogs, you're going to get fleas.

I believe Hollywood is hard on child actors...too much fame, money and everything that goes along with it.

making the transition from child star to adult [non-x] star is difficult. so many child stars get into drugs. easy money and people worshiping you when you feel inadequate inside drives more and more use. many girls pose nude, semi-nude, or dress trampy on stage to keep the attention coming. it fades to black. some keep trying and some actually make it. it seems most don't. lindsey was adorable and it's sad to see where she's at today. tomorrow it'll change. she's flailing for anything to give her an identity, even if its not her own.

I liked that movie, when I was younger. What happened? The same that happened to everybody that couldnt cope.
