Yes I've used a touchpad keyboard and occasionally a trakerball for years. I'm also working i my soare time on webcam software that will control the screen cursor with your eyes so making it a handsfree experiance.
But I think what you mean is keyboard shortcuts. Then yes there is a keyboard shortcut for everything. In fact it's faster than mouse usually. Try this example:
Goto start/programs/accessories then windows explorer.
now close it and try this:
hold windows windows key down and press e
the same action but much quicker. It's how real computing gets done and why Windows is responsable for the dumbing down of computers.

you can control the cursor on the screen with the numeric keypad. For vista its alt+leftshift+numlock. if u want to change the settings go into control panel/ ease of acces center/ make the keyboard easier to use/ set up mouse keys.
I don't think one mouse is going to make that much of a differnece if I alone cant budge it myself.

You should check Eviacam.
ItÅ› far from perfect, and it isnt based on the eyes, but on the head, by webcam.
