Every Alpha has a Beta 2 steps behind. He didn't become Alpha by following. He was born and simply took over. Some people are born leaders.

That depends. Are you a leader or a follower?

Leaders don't make good followers, same as followers don't make good leaders. A leader needs to accept feedback, crictism and just try to put himself in the followers footsteps.

Even born leaders had to have someone teach them and mentor them first. Granted some people naturally gravitate to leadership roles, but a good leader also had to have been a student at one time.
