  • I have no religious convictions but I have noticed that the so called christian states do seem to like bashing the Islam faith, and I am sure that if a Muslim was to insult christianity on AB their question would be flagged as obscene and removed. People seem to be frightened by anything different or anything they can't be bothered to understand,I am sure there are those out there who blame every Muslim for the actions of a tiny minority of terrorists bent on destruction and will probably never change their view.+3
  • You've not payed that close of attention obviously.
  • Where have you been? Are you an ostrich?
  • Most Christians would probably say Muslims insult Jesus by reducing him to a mere prophet. Not that I care either way.
  • Both of them were just false prophets (that if either of them even existed.) And both religions need to get over themselves. Same BS different culture.

  • Perhaps that tells us that when there is something in the Bible that a prophet said that does not fit into muslim belief, they say that part of the Bible has been changed by the Jews with their false stylus?
  • That is NOT true. I am not pro Christians and I am always defending Muslims on here because the Christians are so nutty about what they think they know. But there are Muslims on here who can be horrific. I know and you know that Muslims who follow the religion are wonderful people who are peace loving and sincerely love God. However, there are Christians who are the same. That is Jesus' path. When both religions are practiced, there can be no hatred or fighting. Peace.
  • Essentially, that Mohammed is not a prophet to Christians, whereas Jesus IS a prophet to Muslims. However, there's also the fact that some of Mohammed's actions are - at least by today's standards - very disturbing. The best known of these was his marriage to a 6 year old, a marriage he consummated when she was 9.
  • It comes from both sides, no one is innocent.
  • That you have very selective vision.
  • What does that tell you?
  • It tells me that you have not been reading very closely. There have been many muslim insulting christians on AB over the last few years that I have been here. I'd call it about equal.
  • I never knowingly insult Muhammad (May Allah bless him and grant him peace) or Islam. However our viewpoints of Jesus Christ are so different, I expect we unintentionally insult each other a bit. Muslims call Jesus Christ a prophet (as you did in your question). This can be taken as an insult to the Christian belief of God being a Holy Trinity, one God in three persons, the Father, the Son (Jesus Christ), and the Holy Spirit. Christians call Jesus Christ God the Son. This can be taken as an insult to the Muslim belief of the Oneness of God. I do not believe either of us intend to be insulting. With love in Christ.
