You should be able to go to your supervisor with the security of confidentiality. I would present it from the angle though that you are happy with your workload and don't mind helping others out when needed, but it is your observation that despite the workloads of you and others that perhaps she is not pulling her weight. You might express that it's already affecting your morale because of the friendship and you have concerns of it affecting others. As a supervisor myself though, your confidentiality should not be an issue. A good supervisor will listen to you and investigate the situation themselves. They will not haul someone in their office and say "so and so said you aren't doing enough work. what do you do all day?" A good supervisor should be aware of workloads and employee capabilities for the workloads in place.
