  • It may depend on the judicial legalities of the country they are in. Here in Scotland if anyone suspects that the proper juresprudence has bot been followed then there is a right of appeal and the reasoning and judgement can be brought into question and examined.
  • I think you're right. Since they have to swim in the same water we all do, it stands to reason that there's a certain level of corruption. The real trick is to find one who's not incompetant to boot.
  • Judges need to examine cases with guidance from the laws, and flexibility to accommodate circumstance. It is the fool who rules in absolutes.
