Will a 12 mbs internet work properly for watching webcams, tv, movies, etc?

    I'd rip the CEO to shreds if it didn't! I'm on 8MB and can do almost everything from watch tv to downloads.

    Don't forget that the speed is dependant on your hardware as well and your line.

    Usually Internet Providers dont give you the full information, only telling you the 'total' bandwidth you buy.

    Call or check online what is your DOWNSTREAM BANDWIDTH, google: Internet Connection Speed Test... there are some free test around there.

    Part of your total bandwidth is shared for UPSTREAM as well, so... that would tell you. But it should be enough for real smooth browsing... (video and all...)
