Cut up some bacon, fry it, put it into your raw hamburger meat. Add whisky. Make hamburgers. Ta-da! Also tastes good with some fresh, grilled pineapple rings.

Lawrys seasoning salt and garlic salt, thats it, I like to tatse the meat, not a whole bunch of other crap.
-
mix a powdered ranch dressing mix in with the meat. it's good!

I love the taste of beef so I just salt and pepper the burgers and grill them over charcoal. +5

I like plain ground chuck with salt and a lot of pepper cooked on a charcoal grill -- no gas grill for me. Some people put stuff in the meat, which is OK, but I really like it better without all of the ingredients.

A favorite of my family is ĆevapÄići (Che-VAHP-chee-chee) are the Balkan equivalent of the hamburger, but are shaped like fingers. My family loves them. 1 lb lean ground beef 1/2 head garlic, mashed (You should REALLY taste the garlic) freshly ground black pepper freshly ground white pepper freshly grated whole cinnamon (pinch) freshly ground whole allspice (pinch) red hot chili pepper, diced very fine (to taste) Dash of Maggi salt Mix well, shape and grill. Normally, these are shaped into cylinders about the size of a man's index finger, but my mom makes them about the size of a hot dog, so they fit on a bun. You can eat them in a pita pocket, too. Serve with yogurt, fresh sliced cucumbers, onions and tomatoes, and chopped fresh parsley. Here's the Wikipedia article on them: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cevapcici
