Because even if they did, it would have to be all the individual hairs in spots. Spots and stripes on animals are really concentrated bits of fur growing in that patch. Since human hair grows longer than the fur of dogs with strips and spots (notice that most dogs who have stripes or spots don't tend to have long fur and those that do tend to have a huge spot or very broad stripes) and thus our hair does not appear to have those patterns.

because that kind of hair is for camoflodge, kinda useless for humans, expsially on 1 small spot at the top of your head
