Lots, the cyrillic alphabet which is used in Russia/Northern Asia is one example of such an alphabet. I think it has something like 32/33 letters.

Loads of them. My own language - Maltese - lacks the C and Y but has ÄŠ, Ä , Ħ and Å». Also, IE and GĦ are considered as separate letters containing two glyphs.
