I don't know if this answer is "appropriate" for your question, but because I am giving you +5, I'll mention it, anyway. I was having dinner with a friend in Minneapplepiss in 1970, and I was told that they would be serving "beef." No problem. I ate and ate and ate piece after piece after piece of the delicious beef, and made sure that my buddy's mother was complimented profusely, regarding her culinary skills. She thanked me by saying, "I'm very flattered, because not too many folks enjoy eating beef TONGUE as much as you do." I had to bite my OWN tongue, to keep from vomiting at the dinner table. +5
