Its coming from the back area. there is no regularity. we dont leave the door open. no water out put is anywhere. its a mystery.

you have a bad seal somewhere ... the water is coming from either ice melting in the freezer or the condensation in the fridge part ... if the gasket around the doors are not properly sealed, humidity will get inside, condense on the walls, gravity does the rest to get it to the floor

whats happening is the electric defroster is melting all that ice accumulation in the freezer, its draining through a tube into a pan either on top of the compressor or next to it with the condensor fan moving air over it; if you have not cleaned under the fridge or have kicked the pan out of place because the front grill piece is missing, the melted water will run all over the floor.
