Help answer this question below.
O.J Simpson tried that and got jail.LOL
If it is a criminal matter, I would address it through the authorities. You don't want to chance getting into trouble when they could handle it for you legally.
I would not want someone to get away with stealing for sure, but wouldn't want to lower myself in retaliation.
It's not wrong to steal it back, provided you tell the other party that you've paid them back in their own coin. And that they better watch out in future.
Nice question, Suby.
Wrong or not i did it once +5
no its better to steal back and then some interest
Not if it was YOURS to begin with!
no it's not wrong becuz it belonged to you in the first place.
No. But the judge might
see it otherwise.
Especially if it involves
breaking and entering
or armed robbery.
I don't think so, and it avoids the embarrassment of confrontation.
If you beat a double murder case it is. (O.J. Simpson)
If in so doing you trespass on private property or strongarm someone, yes, it is wrong. I would go to the authorities and file a report about this person. As the old cliche goes, "two wrongs don't make a right" and as justified as you may feel in reclaiming your property, stealing it back is not the way to go in my opinion. :)
This not worng but better is to talk the person which posses your stolen may be he/she buy it from market and done't know about that the thing was stolen from an other person.
No its ok i feel
I can't say it right or wrong, but I think this is ot the best choice to get your things back. Why not just ask the person to give it back to you?
Doing it legally through the police is a better idea.
If you want to take it back ,go ahead ,it was yours. You are not stealing it.If you know the culprit, call the police.+5
If it was already yours, you are taking it back you are not stealing it back. You can't steal something which is yours.
i would do it if i was sure it was mine
Let's ask O.J.
No. But it's not really stealing is it? Just a recovery mission.
No. It belongs to you, then it isn't stealing. Although you must be able to prove that it is really yours because the argument "It was mine before he/she stole it" it's not going to do it.
Nope.
Not morally. Most likely you would have legal issues though.
Ask OJ
no, because its yours
