  • Hi i am a health and fitness instructor your sides were hearting the next day because you never stretch your sides properly before or afer your workout this may not be good.Unfortunately this video does not give your stomach a all round work out. Your stomach consists of 3 main muscles your ab's (abdominals) which are in the centre of your stomach your transverse abdominals which are below your ab's and your external obloquies(love handles) this is what your video is good for.
  • I totally agree with Kingers....you must stretch before and after the dance....it can really work the core, your arms, legs, everything.... Treat your body as your temple...give it the respect it deserves. As for Belly being good exercise......it is an amazing workout as well as a spiritual exercise.
