What's interesting about this question is that it is being asked. Your perception seems to be stated in the question...which suggests that you are sending these messages to the guys you are with. If you don't want a guy to come on to you about sex, don't project sex. Are you suggesting you aren't interested in sex? If that's the case, why would you notice this attitude in guys?

Look don't get sexist, there are some men out there who do only care for sex but 90% of guys aren't like that. It sucks because we get that Lable all the time, but men when they care for someone or have a relationship with someone they care about how your day went and how you feel. They care about what you want to eat for supper and what movie you wanna go see. Most men have huge intrest in sports, some in music others in cars every guy is different in their own way, yes there are similarities but not one guy will be identicle to another.

I don't know your personal reason or motive for asking that question; however, I believe you can answer that question to yourself. For example, If you have a job, look around you in working hours and tell me if you see men not doing their jobs but instead sitting down with a dirty magazine jacking off, or the boss not doing his job, but instead, chasing around the women in the working place looking for sex. Aren't most people who follow sports man? Do you think that the men building different satelites and rockets to send into space all they're thinking about is sex?. Do you think that when a pilot if flying a plane, which requires tremendous concentration, that sex is all that is in his mind? I have two college degrees, a single parent raising two young children, a full time job, and I'm also a writer. So obviously we guys care about many, many other things besides sex.

If a woman is asking that question, the guy in her life probably isn't getting emough sex. If he was starving, all he'd think about is his next meal. If a guy can be assured that he'll eat good and that he'll not have to beg for sex, he'll suddenly become a more "well rounded" person- tending to and enjoying other aspects of life- to the annoyance of his partner, when all SHE can think about is sex.
