  • depends on the job. this is a medical condition that would keep you from doing certain jobs. but the reality is that even if the condition did not affect the job, they probably not hire you. its wrong but they would not hire you. don't offer this information unless you have to or unless the job requires you to be in top physical form.
  • First of all if you are looking for a job no matter WHAT your problems are you do not lead into an interview that way. Ever. The first thing you need to do is present your positives. Make sure that they know you are hard working, competent and ready and willing to learn whatever it is that they need to teach you. If you are a good employee, then your epilepsy can be dealt with if needed. Who wants to hire someone who is representing themselves as a needy weak person? Epilepsy can be controlled. That would be like me telling my employer that I used to have a big drinking problem. It is not ammunition that he needs to have against me.
