  • Tom 47 is back in his bear COAT
    This is one of the dumbest "laws" on local statutes. If I am strolling around town or at the park, that is my right. I am a tax paying citizen...who is going to say I am "loitering"? I don't know how they can apply the "law" to anyone. I think it is just a "catch all" to be able to keep the homeless off the streets.
