Energy Drinks, but so much caffeine isn't good for you. Maybe a few minutes of stretching and vigorous exercise would wake you better.

Research I was reading only a couple of weeks ago..said..eating an apple in the morning gives you more energy that several cups of coffee or a can of red bull..

Water! No, really. Being even slightly dehydrated can cause you to feel tired, unable to concentrate, irritated or grumpy, or just less energized in general. Aside from that, have you tried different juices or vitamin/protein type drinks? They can pick you up more than you'd think sometimes!

i would hae my iron levels checked, esp if you have heavy periods. once u get on the supplements you will feel much more alert.[provide you need them]

No, if caffeine is no longer working for you, FIRST see your doctor, in case it is a medical issue. Then make sure you are eating healthy - every day eat 1/3 fruits, 1/3 vegetables, and 1/3 grains,, meats, snacks and every thing else. Drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water, and walk at least 1 mile every day (or the equivalent in exercise. Get enough sleep (6 - 8 hours). If this doesn't work, check with your doctor, again.

Yikes! I think you've developed a Caffeine Immunity from coffee overdose! If so, drink fruit juice, energy drinks, or Yerba Mate tea! Regular tea is okay, but it's still just caffeine. Yerba Mate has that extra kick cause it has something else in it besides caffeine.
