  • I'm defensive, which can often be perceived as anger.
  • Do you get agitated easily over stupid things and the anger just takes a while to subside? If so that's often a sign of depression. It happened to me when I quit a particular hard drug.
  • Me too...but I'm a Scorpio
  • (Continued from previous thread) If you're anything like me, as you wrote that, you re-wrote at least 3 sentences so the inflection was just right, spell checked unsure words as you wrote them, backspaced the equivelant of the entire paragraph, maybe more, and made sure periods, apostrophes and commas where perfect. If so , you have OCD, of course you knew that. Just a comparison. It was bad for me because I have 3 older boys and a little girl. I'm no shrink but I think that type of depression only happens combined with OCD because with depression you're already unhappy, add OCD and things not happening the way you think they should and the aggrivation accumulates quickly. I finally started feeling right again about three years after quiting meth and a year and a half regiment of Cymbalta. I take nothing now and my kids love me again. I also to this day have a mild form of social anxiety insomuch that I don't have any sort of fear around large groups of people but I would MUCH rather be at home on the couch.
