I read about this years ago and thought it was unlikely but turns out it's not very difficult if they know how to do it without making a mess. Women, practice in the shower first, if you are well pee is sterile and easily washed away. Stand with the feet well apart, at least a bit wider than the shoulders. Thrust the hips forward a little, then part the labia majora and minora (outer and inner lips)with the fingers of one hand, or both hands. Push down hard to get a bit of pressure going then let go. Use the fingers to direct the stream. When finished, shut off hard. There may be a couple of drops left over once you have got the idea but with practice these will be few or none. It might take several tries to develop the skill. Some women have claimed to be able to do this through the fly of a pair of jeans once they lower them slightly. Some places are installing urinals in female washrooms to be used with this method or with small disposable funnels sold under different brand names. You could even use a men's room if you could get someone to "guard" the door. Most men will not mind as long as there is no girly fuss made.
