Not all married man will drink from their wife after the birth of a child. Some feel that the breasts are for the baby alone and will not even touch the breasts until their wife has stopped breastfeeding. Others will breastfeed from their wife until the baby is weined or longer this usually is around 1 year.

I am married with 8 children and have breast fed them all. My husband has partaken in suckling and has enjoyed it. My last child is now 2 years old and stopped nursing about a year ago.I still breast feed my husband every night. We have a scheduled time at 10:30 I did not think I would be able to produce milk by feeding only once a day. If he does not feed off me my breasts get very swollen and start to leak just as if I were feeding one of my children. So my husband loves suckling off me and I enjoy doing it.
