MY 9400 IS DOING THE SAME THING.MYSELF I THINK HALF THE DECC3 IS GOING BAD.ITS GOT A MIND OF ITS OWN COMES AND GOES.HAVE MY FAN HOOK UP MANUEL.AND HAD TO HOOK UP OIL PRESSER GAUGE MANUEL.AND NOW WATER GAUGE.GPS GIVE ME THE MPH I NEED

You're reading I have a 1999 international eagle 9400,the seedometer,tach,oil pressure,water temp. gauges do not work they just quit.had it in international for 14 hours they couldn't find the problem..any suggestions
