I wouldn't be surprised from his skin tone, unless his ancestors were from Egypt. Someone was fiddling with the help somewhere down the line.

Not that I know of. This is all new to me and probably to most people who have followed Muhammad Ali's career and personal life. But if there's any true in it I wont be surprised or shocked. A lot of things took place back then.
