With my luck I would have just hit the Jackpot too. Mass Hysteria is what would happen - and most likely fights and murders.

Not much, people like gambling, and the odds are stacked for the house.

The economy in Las Vegas would collapse and a lot of people would be out of jobs. Also, alot of other people may suddenly find themselves a tad bit wealthier, if the money they lost was beamed back to them. Basically, it would be quite a complicated scenario.
