Any ideas on how to train myself to sit more ladylike?

try putting a pencil between your knees while you are sitting, if the pencil falls way to much is showing,

i was quite a tomboy . till my mum made me wear short skirts and dresses . soon became more lady like . as everybody could see my knickers . hated it at the time wearing skirts . SO glad now my mum made me . giggles . just keep working at it . look at other girls too . knees together and lots of flicking of the hair . low cut tops keeps the guys eye's looking higher too . giggles .
