Help answer this question below.

My xbox 360 doesnt read games right; when I put in a game, it tells me i should put it in an xbox 360 console, and in the dashboard it says its a dvd. How can i fix this? Do I need to replace my xbox?

    my xbox does the same thing. what i did was ejected the disk and then put it back in several times. sometimes i have to tap the 360 while it is reading the disk.
