  • well...it depends of ur lean body mass...ur total weight...ur fat levels...ur genetics..the intensity and many other things....(i am not trying to play smart etc but its difficult to be accurate...)the more weight u have more calories u burn...my guess is about 280-350 cal....if weight loss is ur goal(fat loss not water muscle tissue etc) u need a calorie deficit,nutricion,5-6 small frequent meals with protein-carbs and fat with every meal,and of course excercise...these are general stuff of course...anyway i am just trying to help with my post,not to play guru etc...
