I think the ones that are lazy can spot a person who has pride in their job & care & feed off them to barely skate by. Its wrong & i deal with it on my job. It makes for some tense days too.

Some people's parents did almost everything for them and they grew up expecting the same from others.

Because mommy (or the maid) was always there to pick up after them.

They have a radar to locate the hard workers who are a soft touch and who are ripe for leaching off? So they can do as little as possible but still get the money.

Beause they are lazy have the habit of leaning other people shoulder.

Those people are finger pointers they are experts at telling you what to do bbut have no practical experience. They are skilled at lip service. Thye like to tell tecnicians how to do the job they have no experience doing themselfs.

Easy. You have less work. . And some people enjoy it and like to run around doing everything, being proud to be the "do everything person". . Personally when I find a person who boasts on being an active person and likes to be very active and organize everything, I allow them. Less work for me, more pride for them.

It's called limits and boundaries. If you don't set them other people will cross over and take as much advantage of you as they can get away with. Don't be a victim and you won't have to worry about this.
