Why do so many religious people punctuate their teachings by putting down other religions for what they teach?

One of the most obvious marks of insecurity: You can only make your own opinion seem credible, by putting down opposing opinions. Personally, I'm sick of arguing with people like these. As far as I'm concerned - they can have their vitriolic theology. All that hatred is bad for one's health, and typically results in extreme stress, heart problems, and psychological delusions.

Religion breeds feelings of exclusivity, and superiority. Kind of like the KKK.

just a cola war tactic. "that's bad ,. "this is good " thats why some people invented the devil , so even the bad would relate to their story . putting down religions is nothing , what about killing , hanging , stealing their ideas and calling them their own. stealing holidays and passing them off as their own. ? lies, cheating , murder , smear campains ,. and then pretending they are so pure . while they ask you for money . ;-)
