  • A standard olympic bar weighs 45 pounds so you're actually benching about 135. You don't neccesarily have to bench a ton to get a well defined chest, some people are just naturally stronger than others.
  • This is a very simple answer. In order to achieve a bulkier body size, you need to do heavy weight with low reps. Try doing some more weight with 3-4 reps. Do a couple sets of that. If you want to get tonned and achieve that look girls love, do lower weight with a lot of reps. Do about 20-25 reps, and do a couple sets of that. Enjoy!
