I have a mitsubishitv wd52528 it was working just fine when the picture went out an now the timer light just keeps blinking. andd the tv keeps clicking like it is trying to turn itself back on

Hi,If your tv is 1-2 yrs and have not replaced the lamp it might be time.Its symptoms are it will shut off and on,lamp indicator will come on.If you heard clicking or like wanting to turn on the problem could be with the board that powers the lamp.The board it's called the ballast.If its not able to provide the power to the lamp it will not turn it on.
