When we were having children (4 boys). my wife could not carry a girl. The doctor told us that male spirms tend to be more sluggish than female spirm. several ways to accomidate; if you want a boy; have him go deep as he can even pass the end of the vigina if he can ( I am over 8 so I had theother problem, going too deep and causing discomfort), dilute the fluids in your vigina and make them more base rather than acid, and make sure he is well rested and his cum is not high in acids- you can check this by the taste- sweet not sour or bitter, you can also loer the vigina so it is easier for those guys to swim up to the egg. good luck this worked for us. This is not true.
The gender of a child is determined by the chromosome of the sperm donated by the father. The mother always gives an X. The father's sperm has either and X or a Y. Men typically produce an equal ratio of X and Y sperm. There are millions of sperm in ejaculate and whether you have a boy or a girl is based on pure chance- whichever type of sperm happens to make it to your egg and fertilize it first.
