Should all dictators be unseated by invasion, or just the ones we aren't doing business with?

First of all define dictators, then what do you mean by "we"? With all due respect, and feel free to disagree, I gotta say there seems to be a widespread mentality that all countries that have some sort of government that others don't agree with should be intervened or "invaded". Whatever happened to the rights of the people of such nations to make their own decisions without the intervention of other countries, are they asking for help in the first place? And yes, I know there are some dangerous people at the helm in some nations but is invasion the only solution?
