  • Your question is too vague to answer with any kind of specificity, but it's obvious that you will need to have a working macro of some kind -- and a fair knowledge of VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) to be able to write it. Not much of anything -- in fact, nothing I know of -- gets created "automatically" in Excel or Access without VBA. On the other hand, if you have a working Access database (for example), you can "export" records into an Excel workbook. And that's easy enough to set up in an Access macro (and also pretty simple to do manually).
