    Technically, you're not actually 'uploading' a video, you're just embedding a link to a video on an external source, such as youtube.com. If you go to the video source on youtube, you'll see a box to the right of the video that contains the 'embed code'. Copy that to the clipboard, then go to your answer-edit page on Answerbag and paste it into the 'Upload video' box.
