Not in the least. Foolish maybe, if you don't understand the game.
-
No. It's fun. +5

No, but don't play with money if you don't know what the heck you're doing. ;)
-
Not if there is absolutely nothing else you could be doing that would be a more productive use of your time and not if you are playing for matchsticks.
-
Only if I'm NOT winning!!
-
Not at all! I think its a blast! I only play with what I can afford to lose. I enjoy trying to read people, strategizing, trying to guess what the others have based on how they are betting and the community cards showing (Texas Hold'em). Hanging with a good group of people, having a couple drinks, and playing a friendly game of poker! That's good times!

-
Nope.
-
Yes, but have no supporting evidence, except that it makes me feel very uncomfortable and looks seedy. It's not like politicians, nurses and teachers produly walk around shouting how great poker is.
-
I love a good poker game, but only under certain conditions. We play for pocket change, not grocery money, and the object of the game is fun. I will not go to a casino and play against a professional. Casinos are in business to make money, not give it away.
-
Neither.
-
Absolutely not.
