  • I can't find any pics either but do yourself a favor and get a professional to perm your hair. If not you may endup with a bushy mess. Also make sure you don't wash your hair for 48 hours afterwards or it will fall out.
  • It really depends on your nationality. Plus, why would you want a perm? Get a straw set. Go to youtube.com and search "Straw Sets". There better then getting chemical in your hair.
  • when it comes to spiral perms, take into factor these things >> your hairlength - the longer the better. if you have bangs, do you want them permed also, or just left as is a spiral perm takes a lot longer than a normal perm, so give yourself plenty of window time if you have anything else to do that day i would speak to the hairstylist to talk about whether the perm suits your face, whether your hair is too thin, a good hairstylist will be able to tell you whether the spiral perm will work for you I would use the products from a hair stylist to ensure that your spiral perm retains it's shape for months to come i would not use a blowdryer at all, just towel dry hair and style it from there I had a spiral perm done many years ago and absolutely loved it, found it to be a very flattering look and still one of my favorite hairstyles to this day I couldn't find any before & after images but remember to take into factor your bangs, the thickness of your hair, is your hair all one length or is it layered, the length of your hair when it comes to the outcome of a spiral perm
  • Well, as someone who has seen my sister get perms for years, it is not really a good idea. Perms are generally putting a very strong chemical in your hair to curl it but that will eventually damage it with time, and the more you keep doing it.I'm not saying don't go for it, but just consider the fact that you will damage your hair, even just once and it will take a while for it to go back to normal, if you are lucky. Here, I found these pictures of Spiral perms: http://www.abanasalon.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/curly.jpg http://www.draganhair.com/images/sculpted_curls.jpg http://www.hairfinder.com/celeba/adrienne-bailon1.jpg This kind of perm is actually very pretty and I wouldn't mind doing something similar to it with maybe just curling irons. But they do look very nice and I do hope that if you do go on ahead with this that you go to someone who knows what they are doing and that they have had good outcomes with their customers.
  • NNNNNOOOOOOOOO0OOOOOOOOOOOOO!!
  • Don't do it! It . . . . .FRI-I-I-I-I-IED my HAIR! It was FRIZZY for a long, long, long time! It's the WORSE thing you could possibly do to your hair. You may as well just go shave your head bald NOW!!!!!
